Is This Love?

I would like
to hold you
gently

without restraint
just let you be
breathe in and out of me-

Sustaining the beat
of hearts who discovered
each other when the night
 left us empty enough
to fill the pure space between us.

  1. It would be nice to be held like that, "to fill the pure space between us". Loved this.

  3. My comment disappeared! Such a desire is a magnet, a loving kindness to both parts in the equation, whether or not manifest. I think that breathing and sharing heart beats is like sign language, a pure presence. A wonderful discovery.
