Before the Bough Breaks

Bent-
beneath a heavy sky
Feeling rains
pour from blue eternity
where a spectrum of color
illuminates shaded thoughts
as they scatter, seeking shelter from
the fearful rising of a summer sun
who beckons them to grow in the
unsown fields of a feral land.
the feelings rain...i like that..it expands this beyond just another rain...and the feral land...the sun beckoning...cool elements...
ReplyDeleteI like thinking of rain pouring from the blue eternity. Often it seems to do just that! "Feral land" is a nice dewscriptor too.
